Dataminers leaked Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 teaser images which are now in-game.
A few days before a new Fortnite season begins, Epic Games released new teasers to create hype leading into the new season. The teaser images are posted on all of the official Fortnite social media challenges, and the in-game news feed also updates with the image and teaser description.
Fortnite chapter 2 season 2 was expected to end tomorrow, April 30th. Epic however, release a blog post on April 14th stating that the season 2 has been extended and Fortnite season 3 will be released on June 4th.
Although we won’t be getting Fortnite chapter 2 Season 3 until June, Epic Games added in some teaser images in today’s v12.50 update.
Popular Fortnite data-miner, FortTory, leaked some images during downtime for today’s update. These images are named “S13_Poster_Teasers!” in the game files. There’s a total of three images which are supposed to be teaser for Fortnite season 3 (season 13).
Here’s a look at the three season 3 teaser images below:
These posters can now be found in-game at the no sweat insurance building that’s located in Lazy lake. The symbol on the posters match the logo for the no sweat insurance building, and if it wasn’t for the name of these posters in the files, we wouldn’t know they’re related to Fortnite chapter 2 season 3 in any way.
Fortnite fans assumed that during season 2, there would be a flood. However, judging by these posters, there could be a flood, but it’ll likely come in season 3 of at the very end of season 2.
There’s been some leaks released relating to fire in season 3. If the no sweat insurance building logo and these posters is anything to go by, this seems a likely outcome. According to the leaks, we could building ablaze in season 3.
Looking at the poster featuring the shark, it’s obvious to assume we could see sharks added to the game, which could damage players in certain areas whilst swimming in the water.
What are your thoughts on the posters? Let us know in the comments section below!

The new Location Domination Challenges are now live in Fortnite Battle Royale and here are all the challenges you will need to complete.
Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 2 was extended by Epic Games to June 4th and usually, new challenges are released every week on Thursdays. New challenges have been added so that players do have some to complete during the extended time and there is a lot of XP you can gain from doing these challenges.
The Week 11 challenges that have been released are called Location Domination and there are a total of 10 challenges to complete, although there are three stages for each.
Once you have completed the first stage of a challenge, you will be awarded with 10,000 XP each. The second stage of each challenge awards you with 25,000 XP and the last stage will award you with 55,000 XP. As there is a total of ten challenges, completing all of them will award you with 900,000 XP, which is far more than the weekly challenges gave.
Getting more XP this season will help you to level up in the Battle Pass quicker and you should be able to get the gold variants of the Battle Pass Skins before this season ends. Let us know what level you are in the comments section below.

Here is a guide on how to complete the Fortnite challenge of collecting metal at Hydro 16 or Compact Cars as quick as possible.
As the Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 2 has been extended to June 4th, there are new challenges that are being released for players to complete in the meantime. These challenges will award you with plenty of XP to help you to get the gold variants of the Battle Pass Skins.
The challenges that are being released are called Location Domination and there are a total of ten challenges to complete, although there are three stages of each. One of the challenges if to collect metal at Hydro 16 or Compact Cars and this article will show you where these landmarks are and where to go to complete this challenge quickly.
To complete this challenge you will need to know where these two landmarks are located as they are not named locations on the map. Here is where you can find these locations.
Hydro 16 is the bridge and the building that can be found east of Slurpy Swamp, northwest of Misty Meadows and has been marked on the map below. Here you will find many cars that you can break for metal to complete this challenge.
Compact Cars can be found east of Frenzy Farm and west of Dirty Docks. We have marked the exact location on the map below:
Both of these locations have plenty of metal you can farm, but we would recommend that you go to Compact Cars as they are closer together and will help you to complete the challenge faster.
Once you have completed the challenge, you will be awarded with 55,000 XP which will level you up in this seasons Battle Pass.

Here’s the Fortnite gnome locations for the destroy gnomes at Camp Cod or Fort Crumpet Fortnite challenge.
With Epic Games announcing a couple of weeks ago that Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 would be extended until June 4th, players were expecting overtime challenges to release. However, the v12.50 Fortnite update that was released yesterday added the Location Domination challenges.
These challenges will go live today (April 30th) at 3 PM BST, the same time as the normal weekly challenges. These aren’t overtime challenges, but we’ll probably get overtime Fortnite challenges within the new few weeks.
The Location Domination challenges consist of 10 staged challenges, with each stage the same challenge but being made slightly harder. There’s no cosmetic rewards for completing these challenges, but players will receive XP. With leveling in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 2 being much more of a grind that season 1, this is the perfect way for players to level up this season.
One of the challenges requires players to destroy gnomes at Camp Cod or Fort Crumpet. If you don’t know where these landmarks are located on the map, or need help finding a total of 15 gnomes to destroy, we’ve got you covered with a guide on how and where to complete this challenge as quickly as possible.
Here’s the locations of the gnomes you’ll need to destroy at Camp Cod or Fort Crumpet. Remember, these do not need to be done in one game, so you could technically destroy a certain amount of gnomes in one of the two locations, leave, and repeat the process.
If you’re not too sure where the Camp Cod Location on the Fortnite map is, it’s located on the south east side of the map. Here’s the location of camp cod:
Here’s the locations of where you can destroy gnomes at Camp Cod:
Here’s a map of all the locations of the gnomes to destroy at Camp Cod marked on the map below:
If you’re not sure where Fort Crumpet is located on the Fortnite map, take a look at the location below:
Fort Crumpet is what the name says, a Fort. It’s located north west of Sweaty Sands and is home to a number of Fortnite gnomes. Your best bet is to drop a the highest point of the Fort and look down to spot Gnomes to destroy. Here’s where you’ll find Gnomes to destroy at Fort Crumpet:
Due to the nature of the Fort, it’s hard to mark the exact locations of where to destroy gnomes at Fort Crumpet. However, it should be easy from the instructions above to find Fortnite gnomes and destroy them.
Good luck!

Here are the leaked challenges that will be available for players to complete on Thursday in Fortnite Battle Royale.
In Fortnite Battle Royale, new challenges are released every week on Thursdays, but as Epic have extended the season, the weekly challenges were all released from last week (week 10). Epic did say that they would be releasing additional challenges with more XP and dataminers have managed to leak the new challenges that will be releasing this Thursday.
The Season has been extended to June 4th, so there is plenty of time for you to still complete all of the challenges and get the XP needed to unlock the gold style variants of the Chapter 2: Season 2 Battle Pass Skins.
The new challenges that have been leaked by dataminers is called Location Domination and according to leaks, it looks like there are different stages/parts to these challenges where you are required to do the challenge more times. There are three different sets of numbers for all the challenges that have been leaked and this is the amount you will need to do in order to complete that stage.
Upon completing a challenge in its entirety (all three stages) you will be awarded with 55,000 XP for each, making a total of 550,000 XP if you complete all three challenges. The majority of the challenges you need to complete are self explanatory and easy to complete, however we will be releasing guides on how to complete challenges that you may need help on as soon as the challenges are live in-game.
According to leaks, new challenges will not be released next week and the second part of these challenges will be released in two weeks time instead. This has not yet been officially confirmed as yet, but we will keep you informed if more information is released.
We will of course keep you up to date with the latest Fortnite news so be sure to turn website notifications on so you don’t miss a thing!

Epic Games released the v12.50 Fortnite update today and here’s the Fortnite patch notes for the update.
As we’ve come to expect from Epic Games, they’ve not released any Fortnite patch notes for today’s v12.50 update that went live earlier this morning. The update includes an upcoming feature that’ll go live this Friday along with some nerfs to aim assist and the Heavy Sniper Rifle.
As with any major Fortnite updates, there were some leaks including upcoming Fortnite skins and other cosmetics. To check out our coverage for the update, go back to the homepage here.
Here’s our unofficial Fortnite Patch Notes for today’s v12.50 Fortnite update.
Today’s new Fortnite update (v12.50) see’s the nerf of the heavy sniper rifle and aim assist along with some other minor changes and bug fixes.
The Heavy Sniper Rifle is the only weapon that had any changes made to it in the new Fortnite update. When this weapon was introduced, players that stumbled upon the weapon loved it due to it’s one-shot elimination capabilities whilst those on the receiving end were obviously frustrated.
Epic Games have finally decided to make a change to the Heavy Sniper Rifle in Fortnite by nerfing it. Previously, the damage for the Heavy Sniper Rifle was 150/157 for the Epic and Legendary variants. However, this has now been greatly reduced to 126/132.
It seems some players are happy with the nerf, but other players still want the weapon vaulted. It’s unlikely Epic will vault the weapon after nerfing it, but we’ll have to wait and see.
There’s been a long debate regarding controller aim assist and how it provides players with a huge advantage over keyboard and mouse players. Epic have made changes to aim assist in the past, and they’ve made yet another one today in v12.50.
The change to aim assist makes 240hz AA act like 60hz AA, which impacts target acquisition. There’ll be ongoing investigations and tests, and all feedback will be considered in regards to the aim assist changes.
Operation: Payload is a brand new spy mode. Players can use current and new tech in order to defend/escort the payload against the opposing team. The game mode switches sides and will take you to different parts of the island.

Here is the new Fortnite Starter Pack that has been leaked in the v12.50 update, which includes a Skin, Back Bling, Pickaxe and V-Bucks.
There are many different cosmetics that you can get in Fortnite, which include Skins, Back Blings, Pickaxes, Gliders, Emotes, Wraps and more. These cosmetics can be obtained in various different ways, either by purchasing the cosmetics in the Fortnite Item Shop, the Store, awarded for free by completing exclusive limited time challenges and more.
Epic had introduced Starter Packs to Fortnite quite early on and these packs include a Skin, Back Bling and 600 V-Bucks, but some packs also have an additional cosmetic, such as a Wrap or Pickaxe. The Starter Packs are available to purchase in the Store and are supposed to be available for a limited time and exclusive to the Store, but there was an instance with the first Starter Pack where Epic had released the Skin in the shop, which upset many players as it was advertised as “exclusive” and “last chance” on the PlayStation Store.
Dataminers are able to leak cosmetics that have been added in the recent updates and in the v12.50 update that dropped earlier today, they found a new Starter Pack that will be coming to Fortnite. This pack currently shows that the following will be available:
Here is what the featured image for the pack looks like:
As previously mentioned, Starter Packs are only available in the Store and can only be purchased with real currency rather than the Fortnite currency of V-Bucks. Looking at the price of other packs that have been released, here is what the pack will likely cost in different currencies:
There is only one Starter Pack that is ever available in the store which gets replaced by the new pack when it is available. The current pack that is available to purchase in the store is the Iris Starter Pack which contains:
As the new Starter Pack has been leaked in today’s update, it’s extremely likely that the Iris Skin Starter Pack will be replaced very soon so make sure you purchase this pack before it’s too late!

Here are all of the Fortnite Skins and other cosmetics that have been found in the v12.50 files and have been leaked by dataminers.
In every major Fortnite update, Epic Games add new files to the game. These files can be anything from new challenges, upcoming weapons and upcoming cosmetics. Dataminers are usually quick to leak the files that have been added as soon as the update is available to download, but in some updates, Epic have encrypted files which are not easily leaked.
The Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 2 was extended from 30th April till 4th June, which is an additional 5 weeks. Epic did state that even though the new season was delayed, there were still going to be regular updates to Fortnite which would include new challenges, bonus XP and more.
As usual, dataminers have been looking at the files to see all the new cosmetics that have been added in the v12.50 update that is now available to download and have leaked the following. The following cosmetics have been leaked by dataminers @VastBlastt and @FNBRHQ.
There are quite a few new emotes that have been added in this update, all of which can be seen in the image below:
Here is a loading screen that has also been leaked from this update:
Data-miner @HYPEX has created an image for all the other cosmetics that have been added in this update:
We will have the names, rarities, descriptions and bigger HD images of all the cosmetics that were leaked from the v12.50 Fortnite update later today. The majority of these cosmetics will be available to purchase in the Fortnite Item Shop in the upcoming weeks, but there is no way to know when or even if they will all be released.
